Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These Terms govern your use of e-Peshi at https://epeshi.com. By creating an account or using e-Peshi you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

e-Peshi is a practice-management tool for lawyers: case tracking, cause lists, hearing alerts, clients, billing, drafting, and optional backup to your Google Drive.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older.

3. Court data disclaimer

Case data is fetched as-is from publicly available official court sources. e-Peshi is not affiliated with any court or government body and does not guarantee accuracy or timeliness. Always confirm hearing dates and status with the official cause list or court before acting.

4. Google Drive backup

If you connect Google Drive, you authorise e-Peshi to create and manage only its own backup files in your Drive (drive.file scope). You can disconnect at any time. You are responsible for the backup files stored in your Drive. Our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or overload court sources.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or data you have no right to process.
  • You are responsible for complying with professional and confidentiality duties toward your clients.

6. Your content

You own the data you add. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in PKR as shown on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using e-Peshi and request account deletion anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

e-Peshi is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed hearings or data loss. Keep your own records and backups.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; courts at Okara have jurisdiction.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Contact: armughal649@gmail.com.
